hey, I'm Diane.
The work I was doing at the time was so exhausting, I dreamed of trading places with the cashier in the hospital cafeteria.
Seven years in, my marriage started growing apart, and the voice inside me that knew that grew increasingly louder.
And that sweet baby girl? She grew into a teenager who was clearly blossoming into a life of her own.
My Life was picture perfect...except for A few developing Puzzles
I grew up as a daughter of immigrant parents from Poland, who believed education was everything. I worked hard, did well in school, and became a physician. I got married to a love of my life, moved to the San Francisco Bay Area, and had a beautiful daughter.
I threw myself into personal growth and career passions, growing into a leadership role as Chief Physician Experience Officer at my Health System and a Director of a Communication Skills Center for Clinicians. I slowly cut back on parts of my work that drained me, and added in wonderful pieces that buoyed me. But as the years continued, a quiet nudge kept coming up for me. My marriage had ended, my daughter was finishing high school, my parents had passed away, and my career felt ready for something bigger.
I read the books and worked on myself, and things got better.
Now, as a Certified Martha Beck Wayfinder Coach, I get to help people from all walks of life get clear on their own truth and live and lead from that.
I've "retired" from my career as a physician and executive leader to fully invest myself in helping people going through the discovery of midlife.
If that's you, I'm so glad you're here!
living from My truth Slowly revealed my life's calling. And now I get to help you with yours.
Over the 2 years that followed I began to see my answer. I found Martha Beck, an author and social scientist who perfectly articulated what I had experienced in my transformation over the last decade.
I began to ask..."What's Next For Me?"
Comparison,
bandaid fixes,
toxic positivity,
diminishing yourself,
the hustle.
Integrity,
loving kindness,
presence,
helping you rediscover
your truest self.
“You must not ever stop being whimsical. And you must not, ever, give anyone else the responsibility for your life.”
